SECOSAFT 2013 is structured on 7 sections – military science, security and international relations, management and economics, law and public administration, socio-human sciences, fundamental and technical sciences, and foreign languages.
At this session participated 237 students from Romania, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic, with drew 182 scientific papers.
After the opening ceremony held in the Academy Hall, the participants presented their research and study on each section, each participant trying to assimilate as much information as possible, to convince others about the importance of the chosen field and the quality of the work but also about the need for spiritual enrichment to achieve performance in all areas of activity.
Also, "Nicolae Balcescu" Academy of Land Forces organized two workshops addressed to master students, with the topics "Static and Mechanical Modeling of Mechanical Structures" and "Analysis of the Operational Environment from the Perspective of the Dimension of the Security Concept". The interest of the participants was aroused by a special stand for the presentation of the military operations simulation equipment, a stand that was carried out with the support of the specialists from the DACICA Ground Force Training Center.
The most valuable articles presented during the session were rewarded during the award ceremony that took place at the end of the presentations in each section.
