The 30th edition of The International Scientific Conference The Knowledge - Based Organization, KBO 2024, successfully continued the tradition of previous editions, bringing to the participants' attention new ideas and approaches related to the theme of knowledge-based organization, once again providing an opportunity to share the experience and the results of the scientific research carried out in the university and research environment, at national and international level. This year, the submission of articles and the whole review process were performed via EasyChair platform. Already a registered trademark of the "Nicolae Bălcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu, the event registered a total of 104 articles submitted on the platform out of which 4 were rejected following the review process, and a number of 100 papers were accepted for publication and presented in the framework of the six panels created around the proposed main topics of this year, by authors from institutions of higher education and research of Romania, Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary,Poland, Republic of Croatia, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Serbia and Ukraine, respectively:

which ensured the dissemination of the knowledge and outcomes of the specialists according to their field of competence and interest.
