CDMOB has as main objectives the design and development of inter and multidisciplinary themes and research programs in the field of social sciences and humanities and the identification of efficient ways to implement the significant results obtained in institutions / organizations with relevant experience in these fields. The CDMOB team aims to design and develop consulting, modeling and simulation products in the field of social sciences and humanities with applicability in the field of defense, public policy and national security.
Through the topics addressed within CDMOB, there search team aims to systematically study the connections between character development and cognitive, intrapersonal and interpersonal skills required by modern society. The current orientation in the study of character analyzes mainly those processes through which society in general and the school in particular develop positive character traits that support the individual' sability to think, feel and act in a way that benefits not only himself but others. Modern organizations greatly appreciate the presence of these traits in the character structures of their employees, because they strongly influence the work performance and the commitment to the organization.
