Department of Management is the structural and functional unit which, within the framework of an academic curriculum, ensures the supply of skills and knowledge absolutely necessary to graduates to succeed in the jobs they will be employed in, manages the bachelor degree study programs of Economic-financial management and Public Administration and supports, by the disciplines in the management, economic, legal and administrative fields, conducting the other study programs in “Nicolae Balcescu“ Land Forces Academy in Sibiu, helping to achieve its mission of initial training of command officers for the Land Forces and other beneficiaries.

Professionalism of academics and the material resources of the department allow:

• to send students, master students and trainees fundamental and specialty theoretical knowledge and capitalize them in order to achieve practical-applied skills;
• to develop innovative capabilities and management of processes/phenomena specific to technical systems;
• to shape and improve organizational technical culture.
