WELCOME TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE SCIENCIES DEPARTMENT!

The Department of Administrative Sciencesis is the structural and functional unit which, within the framework of the academic curriculum, enables the formation of competences and the transmission of the necessary knowledge to graduates in order to ensure the efficient fulfillment of the functional attributions to which they will be assigned. The department manages the Bachelor’s degree programs Management of Special Protection and Security Systems, Public Administration and the Master`s degree study program Management of Military Logistics Systems. It also supports, through specialized scientific disciplines, the development of other programs of study at the “Nicolae Balcescu” Land Forces Academy in Sibiu, contributing to the initial and continuing training of the officers for the Land Forces and other beneficiaries.

The professionalism of the teaching staff and the material basis within the department allow:

• Transmission to students the theoretical and specialized theoretical knowledge and their valorisation in order to develop practical-applicative skills;
• Developing the capacity to analyze and manage processes / phenomena specific to military systems;
• Training and improving the organizational military culture.
