ICEMS 2024 Conference
At the beginning of June, the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca hosted the 2nd edition of the scientific conference "ICEMS-BIOMED - International Conference on Electromagnetic Fields, Signals and BioMedical Engineering", an event organized in collaboration with "Nicolae Bălcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu and "Ștefan cel Mare" University of Suceava.
The conference, held under the auspices of the European University of Technology (Eut+), dedicated to research in the field of electrical and medical engineering, had as its primary objective the dissemination of scientific results and the development of new research directions through the 28 scientific papers presented, related to the branches: Electromagnetic Fields, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Interactions between Electromagnetic Waves and Biological Systems, Biomedical Engineering and Modern Solutions for Diagnostics and Treatment.
Held in a hybrid format, the event enjoyed the participation of over 50 PhD students, master's students, students, sponsors and guests, as well as established researchers from eight European countries such as Spain, Greece, Poland, Latvia, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Romania.
