The International Experience of LFA Students
As every year, the most deserving students from our institution lived a unique international experience by taking part in study and practice mobilities during the International Semester..
Hosts for the 118 cadets of "Nicolae Bălcescu" Land Forces Academy within the Erasmus+ Program were:

- University of Defense, Brno, Czech Republic;
- University of Engineering, Limoges, France;
- Hellenic Military Academy, Athens, Greece;
- University of Studies, Turin, Italy;
- National Defense Academy, Riga, Latvia;
- "General Jonas Zemaitis" Military Academy, Vilnius, Lithuania;
- "General Tadeusz Kosciuszko" Military University of Land Forces, Wroclaw, Poland;
- Military Technological University, Warsaw, Poland;
- University of War Studies, Warsaw, Poland;
- University of Law and Administration, Rzeszow, Poland;

At the end of the mobility period, our students described the experience of the Erasmus+ Program as beneficial, helping them to develop both professionally and personally. Thus, for one semester, they had the opportunity to study and practice having access to teaching methods and resources different from those in our institution, demonstrating that they are able to adapt and that they possess intercultural skills.
For our cadets, the understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity was reflected in the connections made with their international colleagues and through the multitude of activities carried out together that resulted in the making of memories that will last over time.
"Nicolae Bălcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu continues its assumed mission of internationalizing the educational process by carrying out activities within the Erasmus+ Program, which offers students a life-changing experience, opening new horizons and unique development perspectives.
