"Leaders for Leaders", BG David Pack
As part of the “Leaders for Leaders” Project, the “Nicolae Balcescu” Land Forces Academy of Sibiu had the honor of having BG David Pack, Officer of the Order of the British Empire, Deputy Commander of the 82nd Airborne Division, as a guest.
An outstanding officer with an impressive military career, the British general spoke to the cadets about the importance of education, about the work-life balance, about courage and kindness, about winning, about simplicity and excellence and about what should drive us to walk the path to the most beautiful profession in the world, that of inspiring and successfully leading people in combat.
