INTEROPERABILITY MODULE HELD IN CINCU
Between March 11–22, within the International Semester organized by “Nicolae Bălcescu” Land Forces Academy in Sibiu, the Interoperability module took place at “Getica” National Joint Training Centre in Cincu as part of the Military Leadership undergraduate program.
The two-week module was attended by 54 second-year students from the Faculty of Military Sciences, specializing in Military Leadership, as well as 50 foreign cadets from 12 partner institutions that carry out internships in our institution under the Erasmus+ program.
The objective of the first week was to teach cadets the fundamental concepts and principles of mission command, tactics, techniques, and procedures specific to combat sub-units in different types of operations.
The second week focused on training and developing tactical leadership skills in an operational context by implementing Troop Leading Procedures (TLP) at platoon level and simulating different courses of action using virtual simulation capabilities employing Virtual Battlespace Software (VBS) systems.
