"Serve to Lead"
The activities within the Corps of Cadets project "Leaders for Leaders" continue with the visit of Lieutenant General Nicholas Borton, commander of the Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, who launched an open discussion about leadership – A sincere talk about leadership.
Thus, tomorrow’s leaders of the Romanian Army, the attending cadets, had the chance to receive advice, to ask questions, to broaden their perspective in order to shape the future officer, the future commander.
The cadets travelled through the eyes and stories of the general to the intimacy of soldiering, where the leader inspires before instructing, where there is room for mistakes but not for negligence, where you overcome privations with a smile and you gather motivation with every stepping stone in your career path.
