The ceremony of awarding military ranks to the class of “Regele Mihai I – 100”
After three years of preparation to become fighters, leaders, military specialists and good citizens, the 291 graduates of the „ Regele Mihai I – 100” class walked with confidence on the first stages of the military career, once obtaining the first rank of officer on Thursday, July 29, during the National Anthem Day.
In the Big Square of Sibiu, along with the newly graduates, the Minister of National Defense, Nicolae-Ionel Ciuca, the Chief of the Land Forces Staff, General Iulian Berdila, local and central public officials, teachers and instructors who guided their steps, families and friends who supported them during the three years of study were present. The efforts made and the results obtained by the graduates ranked on the first places on branches and military specialties within the Ministry of National Defense, were rewarded with symbolic prizes by the Chief of the Land Forces Staff, Major General Iulian Berdilă.
