"The Knowledge-Based Organization" on its 27th edition
Held under a hybrid format, both face to face and online, the 27th edition of the international scientific Conference "The Knowledge-Based Organization-KBO 2021”, organized under the patronage of the Academy of Scientists in Romania, the Management Academic Society in Romania and the Technical Scientific Academy in Romania, continued successfully the tradition of its previous editions, on Friday, the 11th of June, bringing to the attention of the participants new ideas and approaches regarding the theme of the knowledge-based organization, giving the opportunity, once again, to share the experience and the results of the academic scientific research, at national and international levels.
Being already a trade mark of the "Nicolae Balcescu” Land Forces Academy in Sibiu, the event materialized by a number of 96 scientific papers, written by 148 teachers and professors and researchers from prestigious higher eduction and research institutions, from the country and abroad (Austria, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Ukraine and Hungary). The paper session was structured in six sections, as follows: Military sciences, security and defense, Management, Economic sciences, Legal and administrative sciences, Social sciences and foreign languages and Technical sciences and military technology.
