The students of the Land Forces Academy took the military oath
Two months ago, they chose the path of instruction and training within the “Nicolae Balcesu” Land Forces Academy and on Friday, the 23rd of October, after having learnt the ABC of instruction and having adapted to the conditions of the military environment, the 1st year students took the oath, a unique and exciting moment in the life of any military.
The Chief of Defense Staff, lieutenant general Daniel Petrescu and the Chief of the Land Forces Staff, Major General Iulian Berdilă, attended the event.
The ceremony took place in a limited format, because of the present epidemiological situation, without the participation of family and friends, according to the restrictions against the COVID-19 spread.
