“Crisis Management Exercise Planners Training Course”
Between 14-18 October, MAJ.Assist.Prof. Alin Cirdei, PhD, delivered a series of lectures during the "Crisis Management Exercise Planners Training Course", organized at the NATO Crisis Management and Disaster Response Centre of Excellence (CMDR COE), in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The course participants were officers from the Ministry of Defense of Bulgaria, civilian experts from organizations and agencies with responsibilities in the field of crisis management, as well as officers from partner states, such as: Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Egypt, and Jordan. During this event, our colleague delivered lectures on the process of planning exercises at NATO level and coordinated practical activities, thus capitalizing on the experience gained at the NATO Headquarters where he had previously worked.
