„Eternal gratitude to the heroes of the nation”
On Tuesday, April 23, the military structures of the Sibiu Garrison, in collaboration with the local public authorities, the Metropolitanate of Ardeal and the Association of War Veterans, organized the military ceremony dedicated to the War Veterans Day.
During the event that took place at the "Monument of the Heroes" in the Dumbrava Forest, the local officials held speeches and the religious service was celebrated to honor the memory of the heroes of the nation, as well as flower wreaths and flowers were laid. The end of the activity was marked by the parade of the guard of honor.
