NATO as a Personal Experience. My Time as the JALLC Commander
On Tuesday, February 26, 2019, the Land Forces Academy “Nicolae Balcescu” Sibiu hosted the first presentation of the “70 years in 7 topics” stage of the project “The aNATOmy of an Alliance”. During their meeting with BG (r) Mircea Mindrescu, guest speaker of the event, the LFA cadets had the opportunity to learn more about the history and structure of the Alliance in general, and about the mission and role of the Joint Analysis and Lessons Learned Centre – JALLC, located in Portugal, a NATO structure which was under the command of BG Mindrescu for 3 years, between 2013 – 2016.
