On Friday, March 22, at the Department of Management within the Military Management Faculty of the “Nicolae Balcescu”Land Forces Academy,a scientific manifestation in the form of a round table was held on the topic "Flexibility and robustness in creating and internalizing values specific to managerial culture in security and defense organizations". On this occasion, some of the papers presented by civil and military teachers were included in the volume “Managerial challenges in the field of security and defense management”, coordinated by Assoc. prof. Dorel Badea, PhD and Assoc. prof. Dumitru Iancu, PhD, which was presented in the second part of the same event.
