Sports on CISM
On Monday, February 18th, the military and civilian personnel and the cadets of the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy attended a series of sports activities organized on our premises to mark 71 years since the establishment of the International Military Sports Council (CISM).
The activities started with the singing of the International Military Sports Council Anthem and continued with collective sports games (table tennis, basketball, volleyball, judo, swimming and running). The purpose of this event was to promote the importance of practicing sports and to bring together the entire national and international military community under the motto of CISM, "Friendship through Sport".
