Prof. Eng. Constantin Oprean, PhD, Doctor Honoris Causa of the Land Forces Academy
Prof. Eng. Constantin Oprean, PhD, Vice President of the Academic Management Society of Romania, director of the Confucius Institute within the "Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu, head of the UNESCO Department of the "Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu and President of the European PatLib Center in Sibiu of OSIM- EPO-ORDA, received the title of Doctor Honoris Causa (DHC) of the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy, during a ceremony held on Monday, February 4, on the premises of the institution.
The granting of the title of DHC to Prof. Eng. Constantin Oprean, PhD represents a confirmation of the importance of his activity for our institution, both by promoting and supporting a favorable image in the academic environment, as well as by his attachment to the military and professional values specific to the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy. Moreover, the identity and the value of each university have the efforts, the perseverance and an unseen part of the soul of those who supported and directed its road to excellence imprinted in their essence.
