First Place for the Ski Team of the Land Forces Academy
Between 11-13 January, the Land Forces Academy participated in the final stage of the Ministry of National Defence Ski Championship for military educational institutions, in Predeal garrison.
The Land Forces Academy ski team, consisting of 16 students (seven young women and nine young men) and trained by Sergeant Major Ileana Ianosiu-Hangan and Sergeant Major Francisc Sarosi, obtained the following results: first place in women’s patrol race, first place in men’s patrol race and first place in the overall ranking.
