LFA at the “Common Module Military Leadership”
A team of the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu, consisting of four cadets and coordinated by MAJ Ovidiu Racsan, took part in the “Common Module Military Leadership” exercise between 10-21 September.
The event, organized by the National Guard of Cyprus and the Theresian Military Academy, Wiener Neustadt, Austria, together with the European Security and Defense College, brought together cadets and officers from Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Greece, Serbia and Romania. The exercise took place in two stages: the first "Train the Trainer" stage in which the officers participated in a training module and the second stage, the execution stage, in which the cadets were trained.
