Ceremony of honoring the nation’s heroes in Poland
Nine students of the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy, within the Erasmus + Study Mobility Program at "Tadeusz Kosciuszko" Land Forces University, Wroclaw, participated together with their Polish colleagues in the military ceremony of laying wreaths organized on Thursday, May 17, at the Cemetery in Lambinowice, Poland, on the occasion of the Heroes’ Day.
More than 2,600 Romanian soldiers, who died during the First World War in the German concentration camp of Lambinowice, are buried in the Lambinowice Cemetery.
