Third Stage: Analyzing the necessary capabilities to accomplishing specific activities
Activity 3.1Study the psycho-individual characteristics of the staff performing activities under conditions of uncertainty (at individual and team level)
Study the characteristics of the staff needed in accomplishing specific activities (physical training, professional, psychological training, training in foreign languages);
Activity 3.2Study the technical and tactical characteristics of the resources needed to accomplish missions (analyzing the capabilities)
analyzing the resources needed for the respective missions, their specific features and establish a score for a comparative analysis;
integrate the partial results obtained by the partners.
Activity 3.3 Study the relationship between the characteristics of the missions performed under conditions of uncertainty, the psycho-individual particularities of the staff and the technical technology needed
elaborate a matrix of the relationships between the characteristics of the missions and that of the staff and the employed technology;
establish multidimensional relationships of interdependence.
Activity 3.4Establish the impact of the characteristics studied by multidimensional statistical analysis and elaborate the multiple relationships matrix

Activity 3.5Create a system of criteria needed in the selection of the staff and of the technology for accomplishing specific missions
elaborate proposals regarding the minimal requirements for resource allocation for specific missions, analyser them within the framework of the consortium and establish several criteria.
Activity 3.6Elaborating an integrating relational database by synthesizing the impact of the mission’s capabilities
analysis the results obtained within the the respective stage, establish a common methodology for approaching and continuing the project;
establish a method of integrating the results and of specifying the particular aspects;
complete the database with the obtained results and update of the site.
